  3. Send your request
  4. Our manager will contact you within 2 hours (during working hours) to specify the details of your order.

Option 2

For those who have decided on the event, dates, hotel and is ready to book a room

  1. Make your choice of events
  2. Click the Logo or Event and go to the event page
  3. Make your choice of hotels
  4. Click Book Now and in the opened application form input your name, E-mail and phone number
  5. Our manager will contact you within 2 hours (during working hours) to specify the details of your order.

Option 3

For companies (to pay by bank transfer)

  2. Scan it and send it by e-mail at expo@imperiatourism.ru or send it by Fax (812) 448 66 27
  3. Our manager will contact you within 2 hours (during working hours) to specify the details of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Application usually should be sent in more than three days before the arrival, otherwise application might be considered as an urgent one and the Imperia Tour Company has the right to reject it.
